Deleting your Questmark data

Questmark has no user accounts and no server. There is no account to close, and Durable IT Solutions holds no copy of anything you track. Everything the app stores is on your own device, and you can remove all of it yourself at any time.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: all playthroughs and all tracked progress. Removed immediately when you delete a playthrough with the bin icon, and entirely when you uninstall the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period, no backup, and nothing to restore from afterwards.
• Kept by us: nothing. Durable IT Solutions runs no server, has no accounts, and holds no copy of anything you track. There is no retention period, because nothing is retained.
• Kept by Google: the advertising identifier used to serve ads in the app. It is held by Google rather than by us, is never linked to your tracked progress, and you can reset or delete it yourself in your device settings. See the section below.

Deleting individual playthroughs

On the Playthroughs screen, each playthrough has a bin icon. Removing a playthrough deletes its progress from your device immediately. This cannot be undone.

Deleting everything

Uninstalling Questmark removes every file it has stored, including all playthroughs and all tracked progress. Nothing is retained after uninstall, and nothing is held anywhere else, so there is no further step to take and nothing left to request.

Because there is no backup and no sync, this is permanent. Export your progress by other means first if you want to keep a record of it.

The advertising identifier

Questmark is supported by advertising and uses Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google collects device information including an advertising identifier. That identifier is held by Google, not by us, and it is never linked to your tracked progress.

You can reset or delete it yourself at any time:

• Android: Settings, then Privacy, then Ads
• iOS: Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Tracking and Apple Advertising

To withdraw consent for personalised ads inside the app, open the About screen and use Manage ad consent. For anything held on Google's side, see Google's Privacy Policy.
